This east-west, vertical, meridian sundial uses a cut out circle to cast a circle of light onto the hour bars to tell the time. The leading edges of the hour bars are common for both the morning hours on the east side and the afternoon hours on the west side. The roof of the dial provides a shadow to help illuminate the time. Height 17-foot height, painted wood.
